DECK PROJECT

We were asked to build a deck around a customer’s house.  The deck was complete in gum timber.  It included a substantial flight off stairs out the back opening up onto the garden.
We also completed a veranda over the main patio doors but the client didn’t want a big steel brackets so we used the traditional mortise and tenon method, clean and simple look and no big ugly brackets  
 
COURTYARD ROOF

Here is a traditional roof we built.  This used to be a open courtyard.  All built in kwila timber. Our customer didn’t want the plane gib finish so we had the open look with tongue and grove timber on top of the rafters.  The last 2 sections were covered in clear panels for extra light. We  built our own trusses inside and at both ends with glass for the look and light.
